As we head into the new year, I’m streamlining the Monday offerings. Instead of teaching Slow Flow and Vinyasa as separate classes, I’ll be blending the best of both into one unified class:

 Vinyasa Chill—a thoughtful mix of steady flow, spacious pacing, and moments to breathe.

Learn the Line Dance

So excited to be a part of the upcoming Sparrow Sessions community gathering. In their February session, I will be teaching a super fun, beginner-friendly line dance to Dolly Parton's 9 to 5! Bring your boots down to the Black Sparrow and let's have some fun, Dolly Style! Doors open at 6pm, class starts at 6:30!

Hi, I’m Stacey —yoga teacher, dancer, and cosmic movement guide.

For me, movement is more than exercise. It’s a way of exploring who we are—our rhythms, our shadows, our bright spots, and all the strange and beautiful layers in between. Whether I’m teaching Vinyasa, Slow Flow, or leading a dance class to retro classics, my goal is always the same: to help you step into movement that feels joyful, expressive, and alive.

I believe that movement is medicine for the nervous system, a portal to connection, and one of the simplest ways to remember our wholeness. Through yoga, dance, and creative community offerings, I invite you to experience what happens when music, breath, and body meet—when we move like ourselves.
